Gloria, the founder of the firm, is passionate about estate planning, entrepreneurship, and the financial lending industry. Having helped build multiple startups and with decades of experience in finance, she brings both practical insight, strategic guidance and legal knowledge to her clients. Gloria is dedicated to helping individuals, families, and business owners protect their assets, and thoughtfully pass on generational wealth through customized legal planning.​​​

We offer simple flat fee packages, with no limit to the time our clients needs us. We believe without the time constraints, both parties are able to dive deeply into any legal matter in detail, and give time for our clients to express themselves whole-heartedly. This approach allows us to see the whole picture early-on, and to be able to provide all the available options and formulate the proper the resolution.
Without expensive overheads and marketing costs, we are able to keep our rates reasonable with the time spent with our clients.

Sasha is a very empathetic, affectionate, protective and intelligent Maltese mixed canine. She is an introvert and is very good at setting her boundaries. Sasha enjoys taking long walks, getting lots of affection and treats, and snuggling up in bed on cold days with her toys.
